Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 slices Hearty White Bread or Whole Wheat Bread
- 6 oz Shredded Italian Cheese Blend
- 3 tbsp Cento Mushroom Stems Pieces
Directions
Heat oil in a large nonstick sauté pan over medium-high heat. Place one slice of bread in pan and cover with 3 ounces of cheese, then carefully place mushrooms on cheese and top with remaining cheese. Cook until cheese starts to melt and bread turns slightly golden brown. Then press the other slice of bread onto cheese and mushrooms, carefully flip over and cook until golden brown and cheese is completely melted. Transfer sandwiches to cutting board and slice on the diagonal. Serves 1.
