Ingredients
- 6 slices French Bread
- 1 jar Cento Roasted Peppers (12 oz)
- 1 can Cento Quartered Artichoke Hearts (14 oz)
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 tsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Arugula
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread hummus evenly over each slice of bread. Layer with roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and arugula, then sprinkle with mozzarella. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp. Serve warm. Serves 2.
