About Little Gina's

Little Gina’s Pizzelles mimic the old world recipe of years past, made in the time honored tradition of using only the finest natural ingredients. The pizzelle was originally made in the Abruzzo region of south-central Italy, the name coming from the Italian word pizze, which means “round and flat”. Pizzelles are especially popular during the Christmas and Easter seasons, and are often found at Italian weddings alongside other traditional pastries, cookies, or cakes.
