Ingredients
- 8 Beef Hot Dogs
- ¼ tsp Cento Extra Hot Calabrese Peperoncino
- 8 Hot Dog Buns
- 1 lb Ground Beef 80/20
- ½ tsp Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt
- ¼ tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Balsamic Glaze
- 4 slices American Cheese
- 4 Hamburger Buns
- ½ tsp Cento Extra Hot Calabrese Peperoncino
- Green Leaf Lettuce
- Cento Roasted Peppers, optional
- Cento Imported Pepperoncini, optional
- Cento Spanish Stuffed Manzanilla Olives, optional, for garnish
Directions
Grill hot dogs to your liking. Spread peperoncino on one side of bun or on top of hot dog and enjoy.
In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic and balsamic glaze until well mixed. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty. Grill until burger reaches desired internal temperature. Top with American cheese and lettuce. On top half of bun, spread peperoncino. Add additional toppings such as roasted peppers, pepperoncini and olives, if desired. Serves 4-8.
