Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Red Onion, roughly 4 thin slices
- 4 tbsp Brown Mustard
- 2 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 4 slices Pumpernickel Bread
- 2 tsp Cento Diced Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie Spread
- 1 can Cento Tuna Fish in Olive Oil (5 oz)
- 1/4 cup Fresh Spinach
Directions
Cut the red onion into 4 thin slices and soak in water for a few minutes. Mix brown mustard with Dijon and spread evenly on one slice of pumpernickel. On other slice, evenly spread diced cherry peppers. Top with tuna, two slices red onion and spinach, then finish the sandwich with mustard spread pumpernickel slice. Repeat process for second sandwich. Serves 2.
