Ingredients
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tsp Ferrara Instant Espresso Coffee, unbrewed
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 tbsp Powdered Cocoa, for dusting
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 pkg Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers (17.75 oz), for serving
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, and espresso powder. Beat with a hand mixer until soft peaks form. Spoon into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder and serve with lady fingers for dipping. Serves 4.
