Ingredients
- 1 pkg Bellino Savoiardi Lady Fingers (17.75 oz)
- 1/2 tsp Cento Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 1/2 cups Strawberries, hulled & sliced
- 1 cup Blueberries
- 1/3 cup Strawberry Jam
Directions
In a large bowl, whip together the mascarpone, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside. In a small bowl, stir together the strawberry jam, water, and balsamic vinegar. Dip each ladyfinger into the mixture and arrange them in a single layer on the bottom of a 9x9-inch dish. Spread an even layer of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers, followed by a thin layer of strawberry jam. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers, then another layer of mascarpone mixture. Top with an even layer of sliced strawberries and scatter blueberries over the top. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight to let the flavors meld and the dessert set.
