Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic approximately 2 minutes. Add minced clams, whole baby clams and clam juice; season with parsley, basil and crushed red pepper. Mix well and bring clam sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to serving dish. Pour clam sauce over cooked pasta and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
