A savory white sauce made with garlic, oil, tender clams and just the right amount of spice. Slowly simmered for exceptional flavor, this rich sauce is best served over linguine or spaghetti.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, then sauté garlic approximately 2 minutes. Add minced clams, whole baby clams and clam juice; season with parsley, basil and crushed red pepper. Mix well and bring clam sauce to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Prepare pasta according to package instructions, then drain and transfer to serving dish. Pour clam sauce over cooked pasta and serve immediately. Serves 4-6.
