Ingredients
- 4 fillets Cento Flat Fillets of Anchovies
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
In a food processor mix together egg yolk, garlic, parmesan cheese, anchovies, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and Dijon mustard until well combined. Slowly drizzle in the extra virgin olive oil while food processor is running to emulsify dressing. Serves 4.
