Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 oz Pancetta, diced
- 1 cup White Onion, diced
- 1 cup Cento Lower Sodium Chicken Broth
- 1 lb Frozen Peas
- 1 can Cento Mushroom Stems Pieces (8 oz)
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
Directions
Heat oil over medium flame in a large skillet. Add pancetta and cook for 2-3 minutes, then add onions and caramelize. Pour chicken broth, peas, mushrooms, salt and pepper into skillet. Mix well, cover, and let simmer for 8-10 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to serving dish. Serves 4-6.
