Ingredients
- 1 can Cento Minced Clams (6.5 oz), drained
- 1 Baguette, sliced lengthwise
- 2 tbsp Butter, softened
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Cento Crushed Red Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix together butter, minced clams, garlic, and parsley until well combined. Arrange baguette halves on a baking sheet and spread the mixture evenly over each half. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper flakes. Bake for 5âu20acu201c7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the topping is bubbly. Cut into portions and serve warm. Serves 4.
