Ingredients
- 1 cup Cento Vodka Pasta Sauce
- 6 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup Mozzarella Pearls
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Crushed Red Pepper, to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare pizza dough according to Chef Centoâu20acu2122s Pizza Dough recipe. Roll out dough to desired size and thickness, then transfer to a pizza pan, stone or screen. For the base of the pizza, spread the vodka sauce evenly on top of pizza dough. Spread shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with mozzarella pearls and chopped basil. Sprinkle with salt and crushed red pepper. Cook for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
