Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes Cento Certified San Marzano Tomatoes, crushed
- 1 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Dry Vermouth
- Dash of Hot Sauce
- 1 oz Cento Imported Pepperoncini, brine
- Mozzarella Pearls, for garnish
- Cherry Tomatoes, for garnish
- Cento Imported Pepperoncini, for garnish
Directions
In a shaker or mixing glass, combine San Marzano tomato puree, olive oil, vodka, vermouth, and hot sauce. Shake vigorously with ice until the mixture is well-chilled, then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail skewer threaded with a cherry tomato, mozzarella ball, and pepperoncini. Serve immediately.
