Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Cento Chefs Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes, drained & sliced
- 1 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 cup Cento Roasted Peppers, drained & chopped
- 16 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Cento Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cento Garlic Powder
- to taste Cento Coarse Sicilian Sea Salt
- to taste Cento Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, olive oil, garlic, garlic powder, and onion powder. Add in sun dried tomatoes, red peppers, feta cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth texture. Adjust the seasoning to taste if necessary. Serves 4.
