Ingredients
- 1 can Cento Chick Peas (15.5 oz)
- 1 jar Cento Roasted Peppers (12 oz), drained
- 1/4 cup Tahini
- 1/2 Lemon, juice
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
Directions
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, roasted red peppers, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed. If hummus is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of cold water and blend again until desired consistency is reached. Transfer to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and serve with pita chips, fresh vegetables, or use as a flavorful spread. Serves 6.
