Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- ½ tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 3 tbsp Pecorino Romano
- Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare pizza dough according to Chef Centoâu20acu2122s Pizza Dough recipe. Roll out dough to desired size and thickness, then transfer to a pizza pan, stone or screen. For the base of the pizza, combine olive oil, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Spread evenly on top of the pizza dough. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pizza. Place about 6 small scoops of ricotta cheese, evenly around the pizza. Sprinkle with basil. Cook for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Romano cheese if desired and serve.
