Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- 4 Chicken Breasts, boneless & skinless
- 12 oz Cento Roasted Peppers, drained
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
- ¾ cup Fresh Basil Leaves
- ½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 4 tbsp Cento Italian Balsamic Glaze
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. Split the chicken breast creating a pocket middle of the breast. Season the chicken breasts with Italian seasoning and salt. Lay two slices of mozzarella cheese, 2-3 roasted red pepper strips, and 2-3 fresh basil leaves inside each chicken breast. Cover a baking dish with olive oil and evenly place stuffed chicken breasts. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the cheese is golden brown. Plate and serve with a drizzle of balsamic glaze. Serves 4.
