Ingredients
- 1 Bread Loaf
- ½ cup Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Bellino Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- ¼ cup Cento Sliced Pepperoncini, drained
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F. In a small bowl, blend together softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped fresh parsley. Cut checkerboard slices into the top of the bread loaf about half way into the loaf, then generously spread the garlic butter mixture over the loaf. Carefully spread apart the cuts and insert slices of provolone cheese, followed by sliced pepperoncini peppers. Top with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil and bake until the cheese is melted, and the bread is toasted, opening the foil for the last few minutes to achieve a golden crust. Serves 6.
