Using a spoon, carefully scoop out some of the cheese from the center, creating a small pocket. Fill hole with diced jalapeños, then replace the scooped-out cheese to seal back together. Coat each piece in flour, ensuring an even dusting. Dip into eggs, then roll in breadcrumb mixture, pressing firmly so the coating adheres. For extra crispy texture, repeat egg and breadcrumb coating.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat until it reaches 350°F. Carefully fry mozzarella pucks in batches for 1âu20acu201c2 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on a paper towel. Serve hot with marinara sauce and enjoy! Serves 4.
