Ingredients
- 1 can Cento Organic Cannellini Beans (15.5 oz), drained & rinsed
- 1 cup Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tbsp Cento Capote Capers
- 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1/4 tsp Cento Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, white beans, capers, garlic, and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and Italian seasoning to taste, then drizzle with extra virgin olive oil according to preference. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mixture and mix gently until well combined. Serves 2.
