Ingredients
- 1 can Cento Organic Red Kidney Beans (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 can Cento Organic Cannellini Beans (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1 can Cento Organic Chick Peas (15.5 oz), drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, finely chopped
- 2 Celery Stalks, finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup Bellino White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cento Ground Black Pepper
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine beans, onions, peppers, celery and garlic. In a separate bowl, combine parsley, vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper, mix well and pour over bean mixture. Serves 4-6.
