Ingredients
- 1 lb Anna Gnocchi
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 can Cento Whole Cherry Tomatoes (28 oz)
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Cento Fine Sicilian Sea Salt, to taste
- Cento Ground Black Pepper, to taste
- 2 balls Mozzarella Cheese, torn
- 1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 430°F. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic, cherry tomatoes, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Then, add gnocchi and one ball of mozzarella cheese, mix everything together. Add pieces of second mozzarella ball on top and place skillet into oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Remove skillet from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving. Serves 4.
