This dip transforms the flavors of baked stuffed clams into a quick and easy appetizer. Ideal to serve with crostini or crackers for dipping, our Baked Clam Dip will have everyone coming back for seconds.

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Over medium heat, sauté onion in oil until translucent. Turn off heat, add clams and juice. Add parmesan, peperoncino, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, parsley and thyme. Stir to combine, then add bread crumbs and continue to stir as mixture thickens. Transfer to baking dish and top with additional cheese and bread crumbs, if desired. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm with Bellino Crostini, for dipping. Serves 4-6.
