Ingredients
- 2 pkgs Anna Potato Gnocchi (17.6 oz)
- 1 jar Cento Vodka Pasta Sauce (25.5 oz)
- 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Cento Panko Bread Crumbs
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Leaves, chopped
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large oven-safe baking dish, combine uncooked gnocchi and vodka sauce, stirring to coat evenly. Add a splash of water if necessary to coat gnocchi. Top with mozzarella cheese chunks and sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs. Drizzle olive oil over the top. Bake uncovered for 15âu20acu201c20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Remove from oven and top with Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh basil before serving. Serves 4.
