Ingredients
- 8 oz Feta Cheese
- 1/2 cup Cento Chefs Cut Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Cento Imported Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ cup Greek Yogurt
Directions
In the food processor, combine the Feta, sundried tomatoes, garlic clove, and Greek Yogurt. Pulse until well combined, and with the processor running, drizzle in the olive oil for that extra richness. Don't forget to stop and scrape down the sides to ensure everything blends perfectly. Transfer the creamy mixture to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Once chilled, give it a final stir and top with more sundried tomatoes and feta for garnish. Serve with your favorite dippables like pita chips or vegetable sticks. Serves 4-6.
